Michelle Matthewman, Founder of Caim & Able has been involved in healing with natural elements for much of her teens and her entire adult life. She has studied Botanical Medicine in Sydney, Australia and then at the renowned Hippocrates Institute in Palm Beach Florida.

Ever since an adjustment from a physical therapist in her early thirties, she has lived with chronic and severe pain – nothing offered relief. Keen to find an alternative to the constant pain killers, she discovered the very real and rapid benefit, of magnesium chloride.

In 2013 the Australian government announced its withdrawal of funding from independent women’s shelters, these were shelters specifically created to help women and children escaping domestic violence…. in less than 12 months 80% of those shelters were forced to close their doors.

Now, on any given night in Australia up to 66 % of women are turned away from those shelters that are left.

This was the genesis of Caim & Able, the range was launched from a desire to make a positive change to the lives of others – Michelle made a commitment to help raise funds to get those doors open again.
